How much space will I need to use Primal 7?

Ultimately how much space you need will depend on how you’re using Primal 7 and what exercises you want to do. For low-impact movements and any exercises where you're directly underneath the anchors, you ideally want six to eight feet of clear open space in front of the anchor points, and enough space on the sides to spread your arms wide if you desire (approximately three to four feet).

For performance use, like speed skaters, supermans, or any exercises where you'll be jumping out, we recommend having at least ten feet of open space in front of the anchor points, and six to eight feet of unobstructed lateral space.
