How Far Apart Should the Anchors Be?

In general, we recommend starting with the Bar Attachments approximately shoulder width apart. This is the ideal setup and should offer the right amount of support through your exercises. 

If you've set the anchors at shoulder width distance and feel you could use some additional support, sliding the attachments farther apart will increase the amount of stability offered by the unit. However, if you're looking for more instability training, you can slide the attachments closer to together to create a more challenging environment.
