Which band should I use?

Each of our Performance Bands has a recommended weight rating, to serve as a guideline when trying to figure out which band to select. The P1 Band is recommended for users up to 175 lbs; the P2 Band is recommended for users up to 275 lbs and the P3 Band is recommended for users up to 400 lbs. 

However, it's important to keep in mind that these weight recommendations are not hard restrictions and it is possible that someone who weighs more than the recommended weight may find they prefer to use a lighter band. At the end of the day, it all depends on how much stretch you want out of the band. It’s better to start with too much support, as opposed to too little.
