What if the band is pinching me?
If the band is pinching you, and the discomfort is keeping you from exercising, then that's something we want to fix right away!
Step one is to make sure you’re using proper form for the exercise, as improper form may result in the band pulling you into an awkward position. If you're certain your form is solid, try nudging the band up or down from its current position to find a more comfortable area.
If that still doesn't work you can simply drape a hand towel over the band for some added comfort.
