Which workout should I do?
The goal of Primal 7 is to offer you support and alignment cues through any plane and pattern of movement. So unlike other types of fitness equipment, we don't prescribe a specific set of workouts to do - if your body wants to move, then Primal 7 is here to help you do the movement. Your only limit is your imagination!
So where do you begin? There are certainly a lot of workouts to choose from, and where you start ultimately depends on what you're comfortable with doing. If you're not sure where to start, we recommend beginning with the Essential 7 Movements. These key exercises are a great way to get comfortable with the Primal 7 system and acquaint yourself with the fundamental seven movement patterns of the body.
