How often should I make adjustments?

The most effective workout is one where your movements are fluid and transitions from one exercise to the other are smooth with minimal interruption. So if you find yourself constantly moving the band after every exercise, you're not going to get the most effective exercise you can. For this reason, we recommend against disrupting your workout for constant readjustments.

A good way to avoid this issue is to look through the  Exercise Library and group exercises together that all use the same band set up. We suggest starting with the band on the floor as a default. You’ll be able to perform most of the Essential 7 Movements from this position, along with numerous other exercises.
